Loftus William Jones ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Jones was appointed in command of the destroyer Ghurka on 15 December, 1910.[1]
Jones was appointed in command of the destroyer Shark on 9 October, 1912.[2] killed aboard her in the Battle of Jutland and awarded the Victoria Cross.
Jones was appointed in command of the destroyer Linnet on 7 March, 1914.[3]
