Commander Llewellyn Griffiths (23 January, 1871 – 31 October, 1942) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Griffiths was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 13 November, 1892.[1]
Griffiths was appointed in command of the destroyer Hardy on 15 April, 1898.[2]
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Chamois on 13 January, 1899.[3]
On 2 May, 1899, he was appointed to Psyche on the North American Squadron as First Lieutenant. He was invalided out in March, 1901.[4]
Griffiths was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1904.[5]
His last appointment was in Cumberland from 21 February to 12 March, 1907. He was placed on the Retired List by his own request on 16 December, 1909.[6]
