Commander (retired) John Wilfrid Seddon, R.N. (13 October, 1886 – 25 June, 1969) [1] served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Painswick, Gloucestershire the son of Reverend W. H. Seddon.

Seddon was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 September, 1907.

Seddon was granted the acting rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 24 June, 1914. He was made a Squadron Commander on 1 July, 1914.

Seddon was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 September, 1915. Seddon was promoted to the rank of Wing Commander on 30 June, 1916.
