Captain SIR John Meynell Alleyne, Fourth Baronet, D.S.O., D.S.C. (11 August, 188917 December, 1983) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

Served on H.M.S. Lord Clive, for which he was awarded the D.S.C.
