Admiral John Bridges Eustace, Royal Navy, Retired (20 January, 1861 – 9 August, 1947) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Eustace was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant with seniority of 21 July, 1883.[1]

On 12 December, 1895, Eustace was appointed to the new battleship Majestic.[2]

Eustace was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1896.[3]

Captain

Eustace was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1903.[4]

On 1 March, 1910, Eustace was appointed to Vivid for the battleship Vanguard.[5]

Flag Rank

Eustace was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 3 June, 1913, vice Stokes.[6]

He was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral, vice King-Hall, on 25 August, 1918,[7] and was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 1 September.[8] He was advanced to the rank of Admiral on the Retired List on 6 April, 1922.[9]
