I am unable to locate a Service Record for him at The National Archives.

Kershaw was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 March, 1935.^[1]

Kershaw was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 March, 1943.^[2]

Kershaw was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1948.^[3]

Retired 21 August, 1963.^[4]
