Humphrey Edward Archer

Humphrey Edward Archer ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Archer was appointed in command of the destroyer Morning Star on 11 March, 1918.[1]
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Tobago on 23 July, 1920.[2]
