Captain Howard John Kennard, J.P., D.L., Royal Navy (11 June, 1882 – 16 February, 1967) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Kennard died on 16 February, 1967 at the age of eighty-four. At the time of his death he was a Justice of the Peace and a Deputy Lieutenant for Stirlingshire.[1]
