Lieutenant Hobart William Theodore Rudolph Seymour (7 February, 1887 – 27 April, 1916) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Florence, Seymour gained two months' time on passing out of Britannia.
He was awarded the Ryder Memorial Prize for 1906 for placing highest in the examination in French at the Royal Naval College, Greenwich.
Seymour was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1909.
Appointed to Russell on 6 March 1915.
He died when Russell was sunk.
