Captain R.N.R. (retired) Herbert Watson Randall, R.D., R.N.R. (3 March, 1869 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Randall was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 18 March, 1903.[1]

Randall was promoted to the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 30 March, 1914.[2]

Randall was promoted to the rank of Captain R.N.R. in recognition of his wartime service, dated 11 November, 1918.[3]
