Admiral Herbert James Ogilvy Millar, Royal Navy, Retired (3 February, 1866 – 6 June, 1934) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1899.[1]

Millar was appointed Captain of the Royal Naval College, Greenwich on 8 December, 1910.[2]

He was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 6 April, 1922.[3]
