Admiral Herbert Charles Campbell Da Costa, Royal Navy, Retired (18 April, 1865 – 29 December, 1940) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Da Costa was promoted to the rank of Commander on 1 January, 1899.[1]

Captain

Da Costa was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1905.[2]

On 1 April, 1917 Da Costa was appointed a Temporary Captain in the Royal Naval Reserve.[3]

Da Costa was advanced to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 25 November, 1920.[4]
