Henry Radcliffe James

Henry Radcliffe James ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
James was appointed in command of the destroyer Fervent on 18 April, 1913.[1]
On 28 November, 1916, James was appointed in command of the destroyer Sorceress.[2]
