Henry Purdy

Lieutenant-Commander (retired) Henry Purdy (25 January, 1857 – 8 December, 1929) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Purdy was promoted to the rank of Gunner on 21 June, 1887.

Purdy was promoted to the rank of Chief Gunner on 28 May, 1908.

Purdy was placed on the Retired List with rank of Lieutenant on 30 August, 1911.

Purdy was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 30 August, 1919.
