Henry Percy Kendall Oram ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Oram was appointed in command of the submarine H 31 on 20 November, 1920.[1]

On 24 January, 1926 Oram was appointed in command of Group "M" submarines in reserve at Portland. Initially, there were three boats in this group: L 14, L 17 and L 18.[2]
