Henry Gray Higgins

Commander Henry Gray Higgins, R.N., Retired (27 September, 1888 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Higgins was appointed in command of the submarine A 12 on 4 March, 1913.[1]
Higgins was appointed in command of the submarine C 23 on 30 December, 1913.[2]
He was appointed in command of the submarine L 1 on 17 September, 1920.[3]
