Captain (retired) Henry Cyril Royds Brocklebank, C.B.E. (22 January, 1874 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career
Brocklebank was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1895.[1]
Brocklebank was appointed to the Albemarle on 12 November 1903 after a dizzying sequence of torpedo boat destroyer commands. He would be re-appointed as her first lieutenant on 30 January, 1906. Brocklebank left Albemarle when he was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1906.[2]
Brocklebank demonstrated good seamanship when he assisted a Norwegian ship in a gale on 18 September, 1916. He was promoted to the rank of Acting Captain on 26 September, 1916.[3]
Post-War
Brocklebank was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Captain on 8 March, 1920.[4]
