Harry Seawell Frank Niblett

Admiral Harry Seawell Frank Niblett, C.V.O., Royal Navy, Retired (31 October, 1852 – 26 December, 1939) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Niblett was appointed Commander of the battleship Victoria, flag ship of the Mediterranean Station, on 14 November, 1889.[1]
He was placed on the Retired List at his own request on 27 April, 1910.[2]
He was advanced to the rank of Admiral on the Retired List on 20 March, 1913.[3]
