Commander (retired) Harold Percy Keeley, D.S.C., R.N. (26 January, 1884 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve before joining the Royal Navy around 1911.

Life & Career

Born in West Bromwich, Staffordshire.

Keeley was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 September, 1913.[1]

Post-War

Keeley was placed on the Retired List upon his relief on 2 July, 1920.

Keeley was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 1 September, 1921.

Keeley was promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 26 January, 1924.

World War II

Keeley saw service as a Naval Chief Staff Officer in a variety of locales, including Clyde and Alexandria. He reverted to the Retired List on 16 September, 1948.
