Harold Gordon Cooper Franklin ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Franklin was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 65 on 3 or 8 May, 1906.[1][2]

Franklin was appointed in command of the light cruiser Curacoa in July, 1929.[3]
