H.M. T.B. 108 was one of four first-class torpedo boats of the T.B. 98 class delivered for the Royal Navy at the start of the 20th century.

Service

In the first half of 1906, she collided with T.B. 81. A Court of Enquiry concluded that T.B. 81's captain, Herbert Edwards had demonstrated a "grave want of seamanship & common sense" and the Admiralty commanded that he be relieved as soon as convenient.[5]
