H.M.S. Vivien was one of twenty-five "V" class destroyers completed for the Royal Navy in 1917-18.

Service

Vivien was re-commissioned with a Reserve Crew on 15 November, 1922. By March 1925, she was running trials with Sperry Stablising Gear.[5]
