Service
She commissioned on 24 June, 1901 as a depot ship for T.Bs. and T.B.Ds., with eight destroyers under her care.[6]
She was renamed H.M.S. Tenedos in 1904 and became, briefly, a depot ship for destroyers. She moved to Chatham Dockyard in 1906 to become a training establishment.
