Myths and Rumours
According to R. L. B. Cunliffe, on her Quarter-Deck Queen Elizabeth had a highly-polished coal shovel, beneath which was the caption: "Lest we forget."
In 1917 Queen Elizabeth carried a Sopwith 1½ Strutter aircraft, number A-6006.

Main Battery
Queen Elizabeth was fitted with 2 tripod-type directors, one in an armoured tower and one in a light aloft tower. Hers did not feature double cam grooves with two rollers[1].
Secondary Battery
Her 6-in guns were to be served by a pair of pedestal-mounted directors[2], possibly situated high on her forward superstructure.

Unlike her 4 sister ships which had Mark IV* tables, Queen Elizabeth had a Mark IV Dreyer table[3], and 4 (?) Dreyer Turret Control Tables[4].
