H.M.S. Mindful was one of one hundred and three destroyers of the "M" class built for the Royal Navy during the Great War.

Service

Mindful was one of the first three destroyers in the Twelfth Destroyer Flotilla when it was first formed in November, 1915.[6]

She operated with the Twelfth Destroyer Flotilla at the Battle of Jutland.[7]

Reduced to C. & M. Party at Devonport on 15 October, 1919.[8]
