H.M.S. H 28 was one of forty-four "H" class submarines completed for the Royal Navy in the 1910s.

Service

In 1925, she was operating with the Third Submarine Flotilla.[7]

By mid-1927, she was part of the Fifth Submarine Flotilla.[8]

Commissioned at Portsmouth on 1 September 1928 for service with the Fifth Submarine Flotilla.[9]
