H.M.S. Fisgard was a mechanics' training establishment situated in Woolwich.
It operated from the mid-1800s and encompassed a number of changing hulk vessels. It moved to Chatham in 1931.

- Captain Judge D'Arcy, 31 DEcember, 1918[3] – 12 January, 1921[4]
- Captain Charles P. Beaty-Pownall, 12 January, 1921[5]
- Captain Arthur K. Betty, 1 May, 1925[6] – 2 May, 1927[7] (and as Inspecting Captain of Mechanical Training Establishments)
- Captain Frederick A. Sommerville, 2 May, 1927[8] – 6 May, 1929[9] (and as Inspecting Captain of Mechanical Training Establishments)
Commander George Plunkett England was appointed here on 15 April, 1914 until 30 August, 1914, but it is not clear whether he was in command.[10]
