H.M.S. Cygnet was one of the Royal Navy's eleven "D" class destroyers.
Service
In late 1899, she was part of the Medway Destroyer/Instructional Flotilla.[8]
In March 1915, Cygnet collided with Brighton Queen. Orrell Bake was superseded in command of the destroyer as a result of this misadventure.[9]
In mid-1913, she was serving in The Nore.[10]
