Service

Capetown was re-commissioned at Devonport on 16 October, 1924 for service with the Eighth Cruiser Squadron on the America and West Indies Station.[2]

She was commissioned on 1 July, 1927 for service with the Eighth Cruiser Squadron on the America and West Indies Station.[3]

Re-commissioned on 31 December, 1929.[4]

Re-commissioned at Devonport on 30 July, 1936.[5]

Fire Control

Listed in June 1918 as one of eight light cruisers to receive a Mark III* Dreyer Table, presumably in place at time of completion.[6]
