H.M.S. C 15 was one of 38 submarines of the "C" class.

While operating in the Fifth Submarine Flotilla as part of the Dover Patrol,[4] C 15 sank UC 65 on 3 November, 1917 at 50deg 28' N., 0deg 17' E.[5]
