Admiral George Stanley Bosanquet, Royal Navy, Retired (18 April, 1835 – 12 January, 1914) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Bosanquet was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 22 September, 1855.

Bosanquet was promoted to the rank of Commander on 9 November, 1863.

Bosanquet was promoted to the rank of Captain on 4 April, 1870.

Bosanquet was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 1 January, 1887.

Bosanquet was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 25 July, 1892, vice Whyte.[1]

Placed on the Retired List at his own request on 10 March, 1894.
