Admiral SIR George Lambart Atkinson-Willes, K.C.B., Royal Navy (13 July, 1847 – 25 December, 1921) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 19 February, 1901, vice Harris.[1] On 7 May, 1902, he succeeded Rear-Admiral Sir Baldwin Wake Walker as Second-in-Command of the Home Squadron.[2] He hoisted his flag in the battleship Resolution in dock at Devonport on 7 May, and at sunset his flag was struck and he went on leave.[3]
