Lieutenant-Commander (retired) George Henry Kelsey, R.N. (5 October, 1863 – 16 November, 1937) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Kelsey was promoted to the rank of Boatswain on 31 May, 1892.

Kelsey was promoted to the rank of Chief Boatswain on 1 April, 1912.

Kelsey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 11 June, 1917.

Kelsey retired from a post managing stores for the Portsmouth Signal School in August, 1919.

Kelsey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 11 June, 1925.
