Life & Career of the Bosun

Harris was confirmed in the rank of Gunner on 13 August, 1903.

Harris was promoted to the rank of Chief Gunner on 2 August, 1917.

On 17 January, 1910, Harris was appointed Gunner in Command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 89.[1]

Harris was appointed as Gunner in Command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 80 on 13 June, 1912.[2]
