Commander (retired) George Drury, R.N. (20 July, 1851 – 11 October, 1912) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Drury was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 23 September, 1873.
Drury was appointed Lieutenant and Commander of the tug Traveller on 23 July, 1889.[1]
Drury was placed on the Retired List on account of age with the rank of Commander on 20 July, 1896.
He died in 1912 of coronary failure.
