Chief Gunner Frederick Isaac, R.N. (14 December, 1868 – 30 January, 1919) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Isaac was promoted to the rank of Gunner on 1 November, 1898.

Isaac was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 85 on 18 September, 1912.[1]

Isaac was promoted to the rank of Chief Gunner on 1 November, 1913.

Isaac was appointed to the armed merchant cruiser Changuinola from T.B. 85 on 4 May, 1915 and was still attached to her when he drowned in or near Liverpool after the end of the war.
