Commander Frederick Arthur Peere Williams-Freeman, D.S.O.*, R.N. (23 July, 1889 – 2 July, 1939) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Williams-Freeman was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 December, 1910.
