Rear-Admiral Frederick Arthur Buckley, C.B., Royal Navy (4 September, 1887 – 31 May, 1952) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 July, 1908.[1]

He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 July, 1916.[1]

Buckley served as Gunnery Officer of Venerable off Belgian Coast and Dardanelles, Superb and Emperor of India.

He was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1920.[1]

On 21 August, 1920, he was appointed to Excellent to conduct rangefinder trials.[2]

He was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1927.[1]

Buckley was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 10 January, 1939.[1]
