Frank Powell ( – ) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

Life & Career

Promoted to Captain on 31 December 1917, Powell assumed command of the first class protected cruiser Endymion in January 1918.[1]

He was appointed in command of the flotilla leader Saumarez on 1 October, 1919.[2]
