Francis William Loftus Tottenham
From The Dreadnought Project
Admiral Francis William Loftus Tottenham K.C.B., C.B.E. (17 August, 1880 – 9 November, 1967) served in the Royal Navy. I am not sure why we have given him the name of "William", which is not shown at The National Archives.

Born the second son of Captain Francis Loftus Tottenham.
