Commander Francis Goodyere Dineley, R.N. (18 July, 1865 – 4 April, 1908) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Richmond, Surrey.
Dineley was discharged from Britannia in December 1880 when he was found to be "a ringleader in fighting against Cadets of Lower Term." He was deprived of all time gained but was permitted to remain in the service.
Dineley was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 January, 1889.
Dineley was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1901.
