Orford has been removed and Osiris is confusingly listed for both the Thirteenth Destroyer Flotilla and the Fourteenth. Paladin has unambiguously gone to the Thirteenth Destroyer Flotilla. Perhaps it is actually Orford that has gone to the Thirteenth?
