Evelyn Robert Le Marchant

Admiral Evelyn Robert Le Marchant, D.S.O., Royal Navy, Retired (25 January, 1858 – 11 February, 1949) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Le Marchant was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1896.[1]
Le Marchant was appointed in command of the Hogue on 20 December, 1906.[2]
Great War
He was appointed a companion of the Distinguished Service Order on 1 January, 1918.[3]
