Commander Evelyn Henry Chavasse, D.S.O., O.B.E. D.S.C. (10 October, 1906 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Chavasse was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 February, 1929.[1] Chavasse was awarded the Harold Tennyson Memorial Prize.

Chavasse was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 February, 1937.[2]

Chavasse was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1943.[3]

Retired 20 April, 1949.[4]
