Vice-Admiral SIR Ernest Augustus Taylor (17 April 1876 – 11 March 1971) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
He was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1907.[1]
He was appointed in command of the battleship Queen on 25 May, 1916.[2]
He was appointed command of the light cruiser Birmingham on 14 March, 1917.[3]
Postwar
He served as a member of Parliament between 1930 and 1950.
