Eric Paul Vivian

Acting Captain Eric Paul Vivian, R.N. (8 September, 1891 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Vivian was appointed in command of the patrol boat PC 43 on 20 March, 1919.[1]
