The Eleventh Sloop Flotilla was a formation of sloops of the Royal Navy.

Other forces at Gibraltar at this time include three light cruisers, two destroyers, nine torpedo boats, seven armed boarding steamers and the seaplane carrier Empress. This roster would apply until some time between 1 August and 1 November.[1]
