Edward William Blackwood Ryan ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Ryan was appointed in command of the submarine C 3 on 8 February, 1913.[1]

On 31 October, 1914, he was appointed in command of the submarine D 1.[2]
