Commander Edward Theobald Walsh Church, R.N., Retired (30 October, 1891 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Son of Major C. J. W. Church of the First Royal Sussex Regiment.

Promoted to Sub-Lieutenant on 30 January, 1912.[1]

Church was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 January, 1914.

Church was appointed in command of the destroyer Viking in April, 1918.[2]

Post-War

Church was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 January, 1922.

Church was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Commander on 30 October, 1934.
