Admiral Edward Ratcliffe Garth Russell Evans, First Baron Mountevans (28 October 1881 – 20 August 1957) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was appointed command of the Active.

He commanded the flotilla leader Broke during the Battle of Dover Strait.

After the war, he commanded light cruiser Carlisle, and personally assisted in the rescue of survivors from a wrecked passenger ship off south China in 1921.
